We would like to introduce you to this new technology (patent pending).Molecular weight of the PCE polymer, its charge density ,length as well as density of side chains and ratio of the length of the backboneto length ofside chains determinethe adsorption behavior of the PCE including the amount adsorbed & extent of the surface of the cement particles occupied & amount adsorbed extent of the surface of the cement particles occupied & left free for water for hydration. Depending on the sensitivity of the link between the backbone (comb body) and the pendant side chains (teeth of the comb) to highly alkaline pore solution, the PCEs can be classified into 2 broad categories-

ViscoFlux-SR-40% OR 50%

ViscoFlux-SR-40% OR 50%It is an advanced form of i aqueous polycarboxylic acid based slump retaining super plasticizer. It is a fourth generation super plasticizer which is also known sometimes as hyper plasticizer. It provides excellent fluidity to concrete mix and enhanced slump retention over longer duration. ViscoFlux-SR can be used as a base ingredient to make admixtures

  • EO/ PO based defomers are recommended , if necessary

Viscoflux Technology (VFT)

Viscoflux Technology is used to produce superplasticizer based on Advanced Polycarboxylate Ether(APCE) chemistry. Polycarboxylate Ether(PCE's) are comb or star shaped polymers with specific molecular features. These special features enable the dispersion of cement particles due to their absorption on cement particles resulting in the electrostatic repulsion plus steric repulsion (hinderance) caused by the thickness of the absorbed polymer layer.

ViscoFlux- 04/ 40% OR 50%It is an advanced form of aqueous r polycarboxylic acid based water a reducing super plasticizer. In case of SNF (3rd Generation) superplasticizer, the workability of concrete is adequate for maximum 90 minutes.PCE enable retention of the slump for 150 mins while ViscoFlux provides fluidity to concrete for more than 200 minutes. ViscoFlux not only enables early strenth development but also shows as increased strength over entire curing period. This allows reduction in cycle time of formwork and in turn a considerable amount of time saving on the overall project execution.

ViscoFlux Active

A versatile admixture which extends the time of commencement of transition of concrete from the plastic to rigid state. This enhances the slump retension and provides a flexible solution for variety of workablity applications. This is an optimised admixture system which enables to overcome changing and fluctuatingreginal raw materials, environmental conditions and project requirements.
This product provides the user with the ability to consistently produce and deliver quality concrete mixtures.

ViscoFlux Diet

A high range water reducing admixture which decreases the wate content of a given concrete mix without compromising on the consistency. This versatile product can be used to address diffrent specialised applications including spray concrete/shotcrete, Self Consolidating Concrete (SCC).

ViscoFlux Robust

Specially designed admixture for ultra high performance concrete. This product has advantages such as removing the framework early and to move forward in the building process at record time, repair and road surfaces that become fully operational in just a few hours. This enhances the durability and functional life of the structure.

ViscoFlux O2

Admixture with special air entraining agent for Pavement Quality Concrete (PQC), canel lining and dam projects. This helps to reduce the collapsing fo sides in pavements, shrinkage cracks and provides an advanytage for early texturing along with fair finish to concrete.
